Madonna purchased a Beverly Hills estate for twelve million dollars in 2003. She expanded the residence into a seventeen thousand square foot compound over ten years. The singer listed the transformed property for twenty-two point five million dollars in 2013. Madonna ultimately sold her expansive Beverly Hills estate for nineteen point five million dollars. Rockstar Energy Drink founder Russell Weiner purchased the home from her in 2015.
