Gautham Menon faces legal setback as Supreme Court upholds repayment
The Supreme Court has upheld a Madras High Court order against director Gautham Menon. He must now repay Rs 4.25 crore with 12 percent annual interest. This ruling concludes a financial dispute dating back to a 2008 film agreement. Menon's defense that 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham' fulfilled the contract was rejected. The apex court found no grounds to interfere with the High Court's findings.
