A New Jersey teenager transformed his backyard experiment into a successful urban agriculture initiative. HydroProduce has donated over 3,500 pounds of fresh vegetables to local food pantries. This project also educated communities on building low-cost hydroponic systems for home use. Jain's advocacy led to the creation of new local ordinances for soil-free farming.
