Why has Pakistan’s Nadeem decided to skip Lausanne Diamond League?
Pakistan’s Olympic javelin champion Arshad Nadeem will skip the Lausanne Diamond League on August 21 to focus on preparations for the Asian Games. He will train in South Africa for two weeks before targeting the World Athletics Ultimate Championships in Budapest. Nadeem, who recently finished ninth at the Commonwealth Games, is looking to regain form ahead of his upcoming international assignments.
