4 Adani group companies settle public shareholding violations case with Sebi. Check details
Adani Enterprises and three other companies have settled with Sebi over minimum public shareholding violations. The total settlement amount paid by the companies and directors is Rs 1.48 crore. Sebi initiated its investigation after receiving complaints in 2020 regarding non-compliance with public shareholding requirements.
